WHEN IT ALL STARTED

Our story began over three decades ago when Inuyama’s family opened the first packing house of oriental vegetables in the Dominican Republic. We became one of the first grower’s partners and led others to join our journey. The first oriental vegetable shippers, relying on favorable winds, could only hope that their cargo would arrive fresh to the market.

2003

A STEP TO THE GROW

In 2003, after Exportadora Japonesa’s closure, there was a gap in the market of  fresh oriental vegetables supplied to the United States and Canada.

It was our time to move forward and internationalize our brand.

2008

Entering new lands

We completed our first year of services, thus achieving a position in its first market niche and making its existence known.

2012

SPREAD OUR SEEDS

Under the name of Empresas Villar USA LLC we officially opened our first office in Miami, United States, to take advantage of a global network of distribution that could guarantee freshness to markets across all the states.

2019

JOINS FOR BETTER

Once we established our packing house operations in Honduras and Costa Rica, we shook hands with El Sol Brands Inc. as our exclusive distributor partner in the United States and Canada, becoming one of the principal players in the tropical roots and oriental vegetables wholesalers from Miami and New York market.

With our team, we've help new business to take advantage of a global network of distribution that guarantees freshness in the most exotic fruits and veggies from all over the world.
