We work to make your purchase process simple and easy to use, follow the steps below to make your purchase; First: Select the product you want to buy; second: select your size and your favorite color; third: add to the bag; fourth: go to your cart and click on checkout, if you are not logged, or you do not have an account created, you can register or enter to your user before checking out; fifth: add the required information, and you are ready to go. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

What if an order gets lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Before receiving any claim for lost packages in email, confirm that the shipping address was correct. Also get in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.
What if the product is damaged in the mail?
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “damaged item”, then we'll gladly contact you to resolve and replace the item
